Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the Commercial Logistics & Sales Administration activity, Import Export Logistics, Contract Logistics, 3rd party logistics Warehouse management, Freight Forwarding, Customer Service Interface Externally with Customers & Internally with Sales team & management i.e full cycle of order processing i.e customer order receipt till 100% on time delivery at customer end .
Customer Service : Order management i.e order receipt, follow SOP of dispatch procedure , Proforma Invoice wherever required , Prepare accurate GST tax Invoicing aligned with customer PO and arrange dispatch coordinating 3rd Party PL warehouses through reliable Transport based on FIFO through ERP system
Arranging on time & safe deliveries through either own or customer arranged reliable freight & forwarding transporter at lowest price and provide dispatch detail immediately after dispatch to the customers
3rd party logistics warehouse activity management at multiple locations Gurgaon, Chennai , Bengaluru ,Pune
Managing stocks (Theoretical & Physical )/ inventories, MIS, Warehouse Inspection and physical checking of stocks at local warehouse
Customer satisfaction level through individual and team resolution and keep updated customer on service issues including dispatches, resolution of customer complaints, maintaining customer records , debit/credit resolution
Position Dimensions (Scope) (Personnel Responsibility):
Accurate GST Tax Invoices through ERP system and arranging dispatches of material through warehouses
Price calculation & discount structure
Payment follow up with customers through mails / telephone, Customer Payment Lodgement in the bank & accurately booking in ERP System
Import export documentation, custom duty payment, tracking shipments & Import Custom Clearing through CHA, preparing Import duties & documentation for clearing
Manage an integrated forecasting planning process and supply plan to meet market demand including validation of sales forecast to be performed monthly basis through quarterly forecast i.e PSI system with a 12 month horizon
To ascertain Import requirement, preparation of import orders, tracking & follow up dispatches & documents with consignor and ensure clearance of import & domestic consignments as per requirement through smooth functioning CHA /Customs without any penalty at lowest import duty.
Manage 3rd party logistics warehouse / stock-reconciliation, maintaining minimum inventory levels.
Co-ordinate with Regional IT Team Asia to resolve IT issues & ERP team in France to resolve all issues related to Sales administration activity ( specially Invoicing/ stocks) understanding 4 hour time difference
Co-ordinate & arrange reliable & cost effective Transporters/ Freight forwarding agency and ensure that deliveries are 100% safe without any damage & on time ensuring that ethical practices & safety features are adhered
Ensure to exceed customer satisfaction level through individual and team resolution
Desired Candidate Profile Skills (Technical, behavioral , manual, self expression, planning, organizing, Working Condition):
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (Commerce Background) 5-7 Years of Experience in GST Invoicing, Commercial, Logistics, Imports, warehousing, customer service & sales administration
GST Tax Invoices through ERP system and arranging dispatches of material through multiple warehouses
Domestic Freight Forwarding Management including related regulations & Insurance
Customer Service having interface with Customers and Sales team as end to end complete PO management
3rd Party Logistics Warehouse management at multiple location such as Gurgaon, Chennai, Bengaluru
Negotiation Skill
Import & Export Documentation
English fluent, in addition to local language with good communication skills (both written and spoken)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools
