Position: HR Recruiter - IT / Non IT (Immediate Joiner)
Location: Dwarka Sec-14
Work Experience: 2 - 5 years
Responsibilities: Screen resumes and job application forms. Sourcing potential candidates from various portals (Naukri, linkedin, Indeed, etc.)
Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
Obtaining feedback of the interviewed candidates from the client.
Communicating/Following up with candidates at all stages of recruitment cycle (Post interview & Post offer) Maintain database of the candidates.
Requirements: Minimum 2 year of experience in the recruitment Strong oral and written communication skills
